Sport has been an important part of my life. With a background of various sports (including football and kickboxing), my interest in fitness has increased significantly over the years. As a personal trainer I distinguish myself by continuously developing. For example, I have obtained several certificates in the past few years, so that I can guide customers even better. My mission is to help clients who have set certain goals for themselves and my goal is, to do that with a kind, but driven approach.

In short, the above certificates mean that I can make personalized nutrition and exercise plans, based on everyone's personal goals. I also go deeper into the various specific training methods and methods of intensifying the training. Both novice customers, but also athletes and top athletes can benefit enormously from this!

During the Personal Hormonal Profiler training I learned everything about the influence and properties of various hormones in the human body.
The nutritional schedules that I make are primarily aimed at balancing and optimizing the endocrine system. Secondly, this diet ensures that digestion can proceed optimally.

Mylogenics™ Therapist (Injury Treatment)
The Mylogenics™ methodology is aimed at prevention, treatment and performance improvement. By performing specific muscle tests I get an accurate picture of my client's functioning. After these muscle tests, the injury treatment follows, which takes an average of 20 to 30 minutes.
Mylogenics™ is suitable for everyone: from athlete or businessman to housewife. Depending on the nature of the complaint, an average of 2 to 5 treatments are required, but sometimes even a single treatment is sufficient to remedy chronic complaints.
