Sport has always played a key role in my life. With a background in disciplines like football and kickboxing, I developed a strong passion for fitness early on. Now, with over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, I continue to set myself apart by constantly improving my skills and deepening my knowledge. In recent years, I’ve earned multiple certifications to better support my clients in achieving their goals.
Beyond personal training, I specialize in injury treatment and prevention. I’m certified in Mylogenics and use techniques such as Active Release to address muscular imbalances, promote recovery, and help my clients move pain-free and with confidence.
My mission is to guide people toward their personal fitness goals with a kind, supportive, yet driven and results-oriented approach—always focused on creating lasting change.

Personal Hormonal Profiling
During my training as a Personal Hormonal Profiler, I gained comprehensive knowledge about the influence and functions of various hormones in the human body. The nutrition plans I create primarily aim to balance and optimize your hormonal system, while also supporting optimal digestion. This is almost always achieved through a combination of diet and supplementation.The nutritional schedules that I make are primarily aimed at balancing and optimizing the endocrine system. Secondly, this diet ensures that digestion can proceed optimally.

Mylogenics™ Therapist (Injury Treatment)
The Mylogenics™ method focuses on prevention, treatment, and performance improvement. By performing specific muscle tests, I gain an accurate understanding of how the client’s body functions. Based on this, the injury treatment follows, typically lasting 20 to 30 minutes. Mylogenics™ is suitable for everyone—from athletes and business professionals to homemakers. Depending on the nature of the complaint, usually 2 to 5 treatments are needed, though sometimes a single session is enough to alleviate chronic issues.
